So I installed raptor lights on my 2022 SR5, but they keep turning on even when the car is off and my lights are toggled to 'OFF'.. what did I do wrong? I followed the directions and YouTube video to a T. I'm confused, any suggestions?

Your 4Runner is saying it misses you :bananadance:

HA. Just messing. I just did mine, 16 SR5, and used the ECU #2 fuse. They work great, but I dont like them on all the time/ when the car is running lights on or off. Im going to relocate it to the Fog Lights or even a low beam fuse so they run in conjunction with em. I would look at using another fuse as well.

odds are you might have followed directions for a 14-19 4runner, which has a different fuse panel layout. use the inj fuse inside the engine compartment.

I ordered them from Cali Raised LED, and they are listed for a 2014-2021, unfortunately I haven't found any websites that will list a product to be compatible with the 2022, but I figured it would be. I emailed them and they stated that the EFI 2 fuse will get power when the 4runner preforms an evap system check, which is why the lights will switch on randomly. I find that strange since the truck is off?
This morning when I turned my truck on, I got a message on my dash saying the engine wasn't receiving enough power. I turned it off and switched the add a fuse to the INJ fuse, turned it back on and now my check engine light is on, and it's telling me to take it to the dealer. My TRAC OFF light keeps switching on and off as well when I drove it this morning.
The lights are working so that's great lol, but I'm at a loss as to why my check engine light is on and it's telling me to take it in...

I like them on all the time lol. I switched it to the INJ fuse, but if you read my reply to lunar_t4r, it just caused other issues :annoyed:

Well, if you don't like them, don't get them. I like them, so I got them. No need to throw shade.
