    hey everyone, so i came across a problem this morning dealing with my radio. i have a 2017 4runner and this morning i noticed no sound with the buletooth and fm/am. has anyone ever ran into this problem and i’m able to fix it? any advice will be appreciated thanks in advance.

    Also there is power to the radio. back up cam still functions properly etc. just having issues with audio.

    more information, like is it JBL or not? and does the audio work on ANYTHING? or just not on BT and radio?
    like navigation audio works? or hardwired to your phone playing music works?
