    Hi everyone,

I am interested in reinforcing my spindles on my 2024 4runner (non-kdss) with the Total Chaos
spindle gussets. I am running method 703 wheels 0 offset & 4.8 inch backspacing. Total Chaos states maximum backspacing 4.75 inches with 17 inch wheels.

Any chance that I might be able to get away with 4.8 inch backspacing? (1.27 mm difference) I would like to avoid spacers if possible.

    Thanks!

Give TC a call to confirm, but I have the same wheels with the gussets and clear the spindles fine.

Whew, thanks so much Nova! I have decided that I would feel safer running gussets vs. not. I will buy a pair of spacers just in case when I bring in my 4runner to be built.

I measured the backspacing on my method wheels today and they looked closer to 4.75 inches.
