Hi. I'm new here so I hope I'm doing this right. My question is, can I upgrade just the shocks on my SR5 to the Fox or Bilstein without any other modifications to the suspension? I had them on a 2010 Tundra I had and really like how they perform? I would use OEM only. Any answers would be appreciated. I have stock suspension now. Would it likely void any factory warranty?

Yes you can and no voiding of warranty. Problem is they cost a lot for what they are.

Welcome from Wisconsin! If you want Bilstein, the 5100's are for 0-2.5" of lift according to the Bilstein shock website, there are also rear shocks listed on there for stock and lifted vehicles alike.

I only upgraded to Bilstein Shocks front and rear.
I leveled my 4runner and it rides great.
Here is a photo when I installed them.

I also went Billstein all the way around, with rear airbags so that I could have more control over suspension, based on load.

Depending on how much lift you go with, other components may be required. If you swap to an aftermarket suspension setup and leave it at no additional lift, it should be a direct swap but verify first. Warranties are very iffy when it comes to lift. Some dealers will deny certain repairs if they deem it’s caused by the lift, some won’t so if you don’t want to deal with that I’d leave it stock.

There are no Bilstein shocks currently being used on OEM 4Rs from the factory, so if you're committed to OEM only, your only choice is Fox. Whether dealers would sell those Pro shocks is unknown. Maybe you could pick up a set of takeoffs from another owner who changed to aftermarket struts/shocks.
