It’s looking like later today, tomorrow I will be purchasing a 4Runner Venture edition. Give me your experience with having the dealership put on different tires( taking off stock Bridgestones, and putting on Nitto’s), and leveling the rig?Price? Is it worth it, or would it be smarter to have a tire company buy back my stock tires, and put that towards new tires? and, or have another shop level it?

I’ve bargained for that very thing in a purchase agreement before.

You may not get em for free, but you could at minimum get them for cost and free install.

    don’t have dealer level it.

The dealership where I got my SR5 wanted $1000 for Readylift leveling kit (parts & labor). I got the same kit from a 4x4 just across the street for $700ish (parts and labor).

If they use Nitto Terra Grapplers that come in TRDpro is a useless tire imo. Noisy and don't have 3peak mountain snow flake rating like KO2 or Falken Wildpeak. Better buy tires yourself.

I don't think Toyota has good wheels. They normally use TRDPRO wheels which are much narrower than stock TRD Offroad wheels. You are better off buying wheels yourself too..

    Update-
Don't trade in tires to tire companies as I was only offered $25 per tire at discount tire. I sold my Dunlops on Facebook market place at $500 for 5 tires when they are literally brand new. Buyer came directly to discount tire shop and paid towards my new tires and I paid the balance.
