    Hello,

I am in market for a camper using 4Runner to pull it. I know 5000lbs is max. Looking at lightweight 2800 to 3500lb campers. Would love to have wet bath. Just getting ideas show me your rigs if you got them. Thought about the Bambi but I don’t know about 50k price lol.

I have a squaredrop off-road trailer that’s approximately 1500lbs with full spare, instant hot water shower (external), two awnings (23Zero pergrine 180 and bushman awning w/room). With two people and all gear, we are probably close 2100lbs. I didn’t notice the trailer when towing it with the 4Runner and I thought I would my first time towing the trailer. The 4Runner does great.

As for a trailer 2800-3500lbs, I would use my Tundra. I’ve owned two trailers about that weight previously and never considered towing either trailer with the 4Runner. The Tundra just has the power.
