Problem with HID Kit - XD Extreme HID

I purchased an HID kit from Xenon Depot. It's been perfect for almost 3 years, but now one of them is randomly turning off and back on later. Seems that the bulb isn't the issue. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is 3 years around the time limit on one of these kits?

 

The ballasts usually go out after a couple years. Try switching it out with the other side to confirm, but 3 years would be about right in my experience unless they state otherwise.

 

Update: I switched the ballasts and it worked, so definitely a faulty ballast. I contacted Xenon Depot and since it's just under the 3 years (2 months shy), they're going to send me a replacement for free.

If anyone is in the market for an HID kit, XD is awesome! And the 4300K Phillips bulbs are worth the extra $$.
