so this popped up ,,,,,went to the dealer & they said because I installed an aftermarket autostart & Raptor lights & grill all of that has to come out for them to fix the problem,,,,advice help!

My 2¢...

Had a similar warning with a 2018 Prius. I had cleaned the mass air flow sensor and forgot to plug the thing back in. When the car was started it kicked up a bunch of trouble codes and this was one of the warnings. Yeah, I don't get the connection either... I just cleared the trouble codes with my $2.50 app called Car Scanner Plus and my $10 Panlong OBD2 interface. Never appeared again.

Hopefully, it's not the grill...

 

Try clean front radar.

 

This. Similar thing happened to me on a road trip, I do have a bilstein 5100 lift though and raptor lights. But when I got home from the road trip I washed my car and noticed the front radar sensor was very dirty with a lot of bug splatters. Ever since cleaning the sensor and my car, never had an issue. I always make sure the sensor is cleaned up before any long trips

 

Did you unplug your front sensor?

 

This doesn't apply in your case but I will add that I often get that warning when out driving in snow storms. Gets a layer of snow on the front panel and they dashboard lights up. Annoying really

 

You changed your grill to what?

 

Important question. And who did it, and did they mess with the sensors?

I have that error in the Toyota app from when they installed the lift and tires but it’s not showing in the truck at all. Do you have a lift or larger tires? If not, hopefully just a dirty sensor!
