Power Antenna Disconnect

    OME 2” lift, BudBuilt armor, RRO sliders, Spartan rear locker
    Remove the plastic inner fender liner and disconnect the wire at the motor.

    I swapped out the power antenna for a regular one. Looks way better and cheap to replace.

    slight lift, aftermarket headers, cold air intake
    I bought a solid antenna from crutchfield-it came with plenty of cable to reach the stereo, it can be easily removed if you’re going through a car wash and I used the stock body plate to have the new one fit like the stock antenna.

    I like the stock antenna. Got one off of Amazon, cheap. Not real fun to install, not difficult..
    Just a pain in the ass and covered in that once white now black grease. It works great after feeding in the new plastic gear strip..teeth facing to the rear.

    upgraded suspension, large all terrain tires
    mine still works...I need to grease it..from time to time...as it gets noisy going down..
