Hello, I have had a squeaky noise from the front drivers side when I go over bumps or holes, only noticed during left turns.

I see a small area where it appears the 'sway bar?' may have moved a little? The sound is reminescent of an up and down squeak from a roomates frame bed..

Any known things to look for?

    Thank you

Nearly 92.3 percent of suspension squeak noise complaints are actually coming from the hood latch. I’m not joking. Well, the statistic is made up, but my point stands.

Put a little (just a little) thin coat of your favorite grease on the contact points of the hood latch and mechanism. If the sound disappears, then you just saved a ton of money, time, and heartache.

If not the hood latch, the hood rubber stops. A dab of silicone grease.

If it the hood latch/hood stops don’t turn out to be the issue, I’d turn the wheel left and bounce up and down on a rock slider or a side step and see if you can hear it. If you can, get someone else to bounce on it and try the rubber hose/screwdriver trick on some suspension components.

Also, if you’re concerned about that mark on the sway bar being the cause of spray some silicone line on it and see if that quiets it up

I was getting annoying squeak noises in the front of my 2022 SR5 Premium 4WD. I traced it to those two hood rubber bump stops at the left front and right front corners of the hood. I spritzed those rubber bump stops with some WD40. Squeek problem solved!

If the problem returns, I’ll hit the two rubber stops with more WD40, or brush some light grease on them.

Check your engine splash shields, too.

This is what was causing my noise. Whne I turned my wheeels out, the wind would catch ther splash shield and the rubber would catch on the frame making a squeakign noise. Looks like yours has a significant amount of warping too.
