I have a 95 4 runner wanting to lift a couple inches and was wondering has anyone ran the old man emu lift with the ball joint spacers. Any input would be appreciated. Thank u

I installed the OME standard springs, shocks and torsion bars. I did not install the BJ spacers.

When I bought the truck the shocks were worn out and it had serious butt sag. The springs raised the rear around 4 inches. After I installed rock sliders, Bud Built 3 piece armor, tube front bumper and winch, I adjusted the torsion bars so the front end is halfway between the upper and lower bump stops. Most of my riding is off road and my average speeds are 25-35mph and my camping/off-road load is under 150lbs. The way I drive the truck, OME is the perfect on and off road suspension setup. If I have 300+lbs of people in the back seat, it could use more spring, but I normally don’t have anyone in the back seat. If you always carry a heavy load the heavy duty OME springs would work.

I am very happy with the performance of the OME shocks and springs.
    Good luck.

I have the OME standards on the rear and love the ride. I did not get the front spacers though I wish I had. It does have a definite rake but I am fine with that. Much better than the butt sag it did have,
