    hello guys.. hope u can help me.. i have a 2023 4runner trd orp. im planning to buy aftermaket wheels with -12offset, 17x9 and im just using 265 70 r17 tires. will there be any issues of this set up? thanks

    Yes. The TRD Pro has +4 mm offset rims, and Toyota trims the fender at the port. -12mm offset rims will push the tire outboard ⅝” further than the pro rims.

    17x8.5 with 0 offset would be ok sir? with 265s?

    Toyo AT3's, Greenlane Sliders
    Well, the TRD Pro wheels have a +4 offset and it comes with 265's and they modify the fender liner at the port so I would guess that a similar modification would be required at 0 offset. Beyond that, a more aggressive tire with a tread pattern that has squared off shoulders (BFG ATKO2 is a good example of this) will be more of an issue than one with more rounded edges (stock tires are probably as good an example as I can come up with).

    We have Icon Rebounds in 17 x 8.5 with 0 offset and Toyo AT3's in 265/70/17's. I only had to heat and push forward a small portion of the front liners.

    The only time ours rubbed with the same setup is at almost full lock when backing up.
