"Off Lease Only", a major player in used cars, appears to be in the process of shutting down after 23 years of business. The company owns 5 dealerships in South Florida that holds 1500 vehicles in their inventory.

“Elevated pricing and rising interest rates have further deteriorated conditions in the automotive retail market, weakening consumer demand and affordability.”

If their prices were above MSRP and they refused to negotiate in good faith, then I have no sympathy for them. They did it to themselves.

This is what happens when you make poor fiscal decisions that are driven by greed. Regardless of market conditions, it is better to make a 1% profit on $1 than a 100% profit on $0. What's even more disturbing is what happened to all of the money these companies made when the corporate taxes were reduced.

Zero sympathy. They negotiated nothing and almost acted like they were doing someone a favor selling you a vehicle. Most of their vehicles were also extensively damaged and repaired. Awful carfax reports.
Having said that, south FL dealers are among some of the worst/dishonest in the country. IMO
