I’m thinking it’s worth the investment. They also have the rear with free lights as the add on.

 

I'm not seeing any recovery points on the bumper. In the pic, the recovery points are those red bolt-on-the-frame-gizmos. Just an observation.

The free winch is too good to pass up. If it fails at some point..... so what? It was free.

Who knows? Maybe it'll turn out to be a pretty good winch.

 

I agree, it’s something to start with, and can replace later if needed.

Bout Ironman…

I got their 270 freestanding awning awhile back
It came with all attachments, room, lights, organizer
All at like ~35% off
Winch was free

they do that kinda deal stuff a lot
Had the same mind set, can always ch age it up later

 

…but not their skid(internally melting)

 

I would like a winch bumper and rock sliders to get rid of the Factory predator steps.
Cali Raised and C4 seem to be on sale.

Anyone have suggestions on the winch bumpers with bull bar for a TSS and camera application.

even thought it’s a great deal I don’t really like that Ironman with the free winch. Too many separate pieces.

4Runner has only 1000 miles so far, I am nervous about cutting the bumper but now seems to be the time to buy.

 

what do you men too many pieces? just trying to help make a decision.

 

ironman has a winch cradle that bolts to the frame with a seperate front metal cover bolted to that, then a small skid plate below bolted from underneath
a video I saw said the small skid plate didnt work with the Pro skid and seperate recovery point red hooks bolted on the sides

the others are all welded one piece design

 

and having the winch bolted to the frame as well as the recover pointts attached to the frame is not a good thing?
