No Start After Valve Cover Gaskets

Hey Hey,
I just bought a 90 runner with 108k miles for $2100. Drove her home did the valve cover gaskets now when I start it it revs to 3k and shuts down.

I did remove the distributor on the install but reset timing so should be good, and I did remove the fuel line going into the intake manifold so not sure if that changes anything?

Correction, I pulled the cold start valve instead of a fuel line^^^
