NEW WHEELS !!

Hi Guys

Just thought I'd post my new drive. 2021 4Runner TRD/ORP in Magnetic Grey Metallic with Moonroof option. Now has 12 miles on it. Need to wax her soon.
In my case, the only mods I plan on for now, are changing the tires to B.F. Goodrich A/T TA's and swap the front and rear silver valences for black.

Traded in a 2010 FJ Cruiser in good shape with 161,000 miles. Got more than half of what I paid for it new in a trade-in. It was a great 11 year run with that FJ. Was hard to let it go.

But the new 4R is great. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Thought I should get a 21' while I can. Think they will be even more difficult to get a 22' model, being the last year for the 5th Generation. And Dealers will probably not discount anything by then.

Thank you all for your replies. Yes, the mods. LOL Have already started to order little things like shift knobs and the like. I'm sure the list will continue to grow. Darn. The list of after market accessories for this vehicle is endless.

Yeah, famous last words. Just tires, a little paint, then weather techs, then a running board to protect the paint, then a winch, then...! One thing leads to another, yeah, yeah. I wish you great strength in only two mods!

I used this logic with Headquarters. Since we didn’t buy that second home/cabin in the mountains, we saved 450k in debt which is great because now spending on 4Runner and Tundra mods will be about 10k so it’s a savings of over 440 thousand dollars. I would suggest saying something like this a very long sentence if you pick today of all days.
