New to the group, just bought a 3rd gen 4Runner

Just purchased a high mile ( 317,000 ) rust free , mechanically well maintained 1997 SR5 4 Runner. It has had very recent timing belt, water pump, radiator, brakes, master cylinder, alternator done . I looked in and around it for close to an hour and couldn’t find a leak or missing bolts except for fender flares and mud flaps.It does need a rear luggage lock and an antenna. The PO took off the fender flares and mud flaps which I would like to replace. Where can I find replacements or what aftermarket stuff is decent.
I plan on redoing the front seats( cloth ), cleaning the interior and fixing a few interior cosmetic things like cup holders, cigarette lighter and finding a stock stereo .
The body is straight and there is no rust ( California car ) . It has been painted coyote tan with rattle cans so that is something I need to address. I plan on cleaning it up, replacing missing or worn parts and using it as a almost daily runner.. I’m 30 miles from a quart of milk or gallon of gas and all my other vehicles are V8’s and thirsty.
