    Is there a place to buy new seatbelts? Or what is the best way to get new ones. I’ve seen some on eBay but I don’t want to buy used ones if possible.

    Call a dealer with your vin. Seatbelts are often still available for a long time because they are a safety item. They won't be cheap.

    Or you can send them out and get them re-webbed.
