    Hello everyone,
I just got my 2022 limited 4runner. And after one week it started raining and the housing of headlights had a leakage. Now after 2 days of rain, the low beam started blinking and stopped working. so what do you think is best to do?
Can i change the bulb? After watching 100+ videos I couldn’t find someone changing the low beam bulb. I think it’s because it is sealed and cant be changed? or should i just buy a whole new housing? Thank you in advance

Ok, if its a serious question, there's only 1 answer. Bring it back to the dealership under warranty and have them replace the housing!

Im not gonna lie. It is salvage title and therefore it doesn’t have warranty

Gotcha. Then I yield to those with more knowledge than I, as I haven't touched the bulbs. But if the housing leaks I'd say you need the housing anyway

Should I say welcome to the forum? You probably need a new housing.

welcome. With salvage title you're pretty much accepting you're on your own, unless you bought a 3rd party warranty. But headlight housing probably not covered under that either. New housing/lights are pretty much your best bet.

One mechanic told me to take off the housing and seal it one more time with a sealer after drying it. Do you guys think this will work?

its a cheaper solution, what do you have to lose? I would start looking for take off factory lights, or something aftermarket.
