Hey all I just recently bought a 96 limited 4x4 with 193,000. I have change the oil, oil filter, engine air filter. This is my first 4Runner I have owned and Besides basic maintenance for car in general I was wondering what would be a good idea to get changed out or looked at before driving around. Any help is much appreciated thanks.

Welcome. If the timing belt service hasn’t been completed, I would do that asap.

I suggest that you get yourself a good OBD scanner and check for any errors that may be present. When folks change their timing belt, they also change the water pump as well.

    Welcome to the forum.

As others have stated, cross reference the owners manual requirements to what you know has been done to start with. From there, I would address any other known issues you have noticed since your time owning it.
