Hey everyone, I have 07 4Runner (wife’s) and 2017 Tacoma SR5. I’m planning on up grading to a 5th gen 4R SR5 or TRD Off Road. I wanting to build a camper for going boondocking in remote areas. Can use good or bad suggestions on what modifications or if one trim package is better than the other.

Welcome from Wisconsin! We went with the Off Road, it had a few more things we wanted. Building a camper? Small but adequate.. moderate to high ground clearance for access to the underside.. insulate well, maybe spray foam.
