Hi! I recently purchased a 2010 SR5 Blizzard White in mint condition. I love this vehicle but not a huge fan of chrome. I am primarily concerned with adding mods for appearance and functionality. Seldom do off roading but plan to take this vehicle on hiking trips with my family and doggos! Because the stock headlights were terrible, I added the Alpharex Luxx headlights and Morimoto XB LED fog headlights in amber. Also threw some LASFIT 7440 bulbs for rear turn signals and new interior led bulbs. Love how they look and perform- super bright! Any thoughts on blacking out stock wheels and chrome trim? What options do i have to change front grill, if any? Recommendations for some tough looking all season tires? Also, while attempting to replace stock antenna I stripped a screw inside and have no idea how to fix this and add a stubby antenna. Not sure if I should be posting these questions to a separate forum but wanted to introduce myself and get some feedback from you more experienced 4Runner owners!

Welcome to the forum. Some have done a front end swap (see @Daytonaviolet)- but it was on a later model year limited. In 2010 the limited & SR5 had similar body styles. Whether you could do a grille swap would depend on whether the 2010 Trail front end parts were still available or not.

    Edit: @Daytonaviolet

There are people like me out there that know how to get that broken off screw out of the antenna mount. I have a Tacoma with the same antenna setup, and they break off at the bottom from time to time as it is the weak point of this antenna setup. Probably also why Toyota doesn't use this style antenna anymore. Not sure a Toyota dealer would have capable people for this based on the experiences others have posted about on this forum with skid plate bolts being stripped out. I'm sure you have people in your circle of friends and family that know of a good trusted mechanic that could get the remains of the screw out. Or stop by a machine shop and a machinist could get that out in a jiffy. Easiest way is using a left handed drill bit. I used a regular drill bit (right hand twist) and an easy out.
