Seems to be quite a common issue with the rear window.

I’m no mechanic but I’m not completely incompetent. The window will not roll down or up with either key or switch. There is no tick or sounds that indicate anything is being sent to the rear window. The window lock is in the up position and the wiper motor works and stows. The window is up 99% of the way but I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is.

One thing I know is this: if the wiper works, the truck thinks the window is fully closed. So maybe at some point, something prevented it from closing all the way, but the truck didn’t recognize that. You could start by disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes or so, and try the window immediately upon reconnecting. If the window does move, I think you need to home it by running it all the way down until it won’t go any further, then all the way up until it won’t go any further. And make sure the wiper is off before trying.
