Need a little help with rear wiper arm replacement

New to the forum, 2011 SR5 basically stock, nerf bars and 255x75R17 tires, a little taller stance and a smidge narrower, they help with the backwoods roads and mud I drive through in the warmer months otherwise it's just snow and ice for about 6 months of the year.

Anyway, we had a big snow & ice storm a few days ago and now my rear wiper doesn't contact the window, upon inspection it look like the rear arm needs to be replaced is there a video or description on how to do that, I can't seem to find anything online.
