Found this based off 2010 model year. Not 1000% about any changes between this and what you are on. May get you pointed in the right direction if you compare to another cylinders wiring based off of what is on the pdf.

For real! We need the back story on this. This would likely still be under warranty unless it has a ton of miles on it.

Yes. I hit a metal folding chair on the 5fwy. The kind with canvas and 1/2 in aluminum poles. It circled around and punctured my radiator. A 1 in 1000 chance. I lost water and over heated I pulled over. Had my 4runner towed 40 miles home did a compression check and had low compression in #4 cilinder had a warped head did complete head gasket job myself except for a machine shop r,resurfacing. It runs but very poorly. Now I've tested all 4 cam shaft sensor plugs and have no power to any of them. I'm stumped

Brother, I am so sorry to hear this happened. Sounds like maybe some hidden wire bundle damage, maybe from underneath?

I also tried to pay 20$ to download a PDF file from a Toyota service manual website. My credit card went through I got confirmation. But I can't access the site. Toyota seems to change the 4 wires going into each sparkplug every single t

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Have you checked all of your fuses? If those wires touched when the plugs pulled apart, one of them may have blown.

Did any of the wire colors interchange with the 2010 diagram posted above, Just acting for knowing in the future?

52k miles and 32 fault codes. Does anyone know what could keep all 4 cam shaft position sensors from receiving power to the plugs. I have even used a plug that I stripped the wires from and tested all 4 of them.with a volt meter. With ignition on. I test battery got 13.2 volts. I test cam pos sensor. No power to any of the 4. Why is this. I'm going crazy. I just spent 50 hrs of time doing head gasket job. Now it runs poorly because all 4 cam sensors are not getting juice

If anyone knows why I would have no power to all four cam position sensor plugs. Please let me know.

    It's a long list...
@Dwdeshler, here you go. This should be all the ignition coil assemblies, VVTI sensors for intake and exhaust, and the Oil control valves for the Cam timing. Compare your wiring to this diagram, as it is specific for the 2020MY. Let us know on here if this get's you sorted out. Sorry to hear about the overheat and subsequent hassle!

EDIT: Also, here are the connector drawings so you know what you are looking for; Connectors B1-B52
