Looking to purchase 2023 TRD Offroad Premium Help

Hello, I am looking to purchase or order a 2023 4Runner and wanted to get some insight into the best dealers to purchase from. Does anyone have experience with a dealer offering below MSRP? Thanks in advance!

Negotiating under MSRP is possible if the truck is in stock on the lot and if you don't care about color.

We could've gotten a white TRD ORP for $3000 under MSRP but my wife was adamant on getting lunar rock so we had to pay MSRP.

Edit: I'm in CT and the white ORP we found was in Maryland. It was the only truck I found up and down the east coast and the Midwest that had any kind of discounts on an ORP, so it'll take some time to hunt.

We also bought our Lunar Rock at MSRP because the dealership originally had a $3k markup, but talked them down to give us sticker price.

 

I was able to negotiate almost $4k off my 23' 40th Anniversary Special Edition. I even got the color that I wanted and the dealership added in a few extras (cargo mat, cargo organizer, connectivity kit).

There are good deals and dealers out there. A lot of them have stopped doing market adjustments. Especially now that it's getting closer to the end of the year.

 

I have good experience with Mountain states toyota. Have purchased 3 Toyotas from them. When I was buying they had both TRD Offroad Premium with KDSS and Non KDSS to check out. They still seem to have a lot of KDSS in stock if you are one of those looking for KDSS.
