It has 3inch lift on it was Tacoma tires and rims the seller said he used blocks and spacers on front end rear end.. anything I should check or be worried about before purchasing many info would help

I would have it checked out by a mechanic to make sure it was done correctly. I do believe the early 3rd gens had head gasket issues so check and see if it was replaced.
