Sup guys, I have a 1997 toyota 4 runner it’s suspension is bad now the truck is a little lower than it’s supposed to and so I just want to put it to normal stock suspension and put some nice tires on it Im not really looking forward to putting a lot of money into it at this moment just wanna make it look nice and aggressive but not too much as it’s just my daily, any suggestions on what type of suspension? I should get for that and what size tires ? Will 265s do good ?

KYB Gas-adjust for the shocks. Closest to stock ride and the most inexpensive option that isn't actual garbage (like Monroe).

As for replacement springs, I can't tell you. None of the common brands like moog are reliable. So it's a bit of a crapshoot if you don't want to spend the money on OEM ones (which some aren't even available anymore).

The 265/70R16 tires are the best option. They were the largest stock size, and provide a great balance of fuel economy, cost, performance, and appearance. 265/75R16 are do-able, but there are some asterisks.

Go with KYB Gas-a-just struts for the same reasons I recommended shocks. I'm not sure about springs, any spring made to fit a stock 4runner should work with the Gas-a-just. Like I said, the springs are a crap shoot unless you want to get spendy buying OEMs (which isn't an option for a lot of configurations).

I'm sure there are decent ones, but I can't say with any certainty which one is

i went with bilstein 5100 for a tundra with ome coils. a classic combo than gives a good lift. then 265/75/r16 ko2 tires. satisfied with how it rides.
