I found a set of factory rock sliders used for $300.
I treated some surface rust then brushed on Rustoleum flat black which blends perfectly with factory powder coat.
They seem strong enough for my planned useage. If truck wrecked I can transfer to another 4runner. It also appears accident crush has been engineered into them.
