    Hey all.
Ready to spend a few bucks on my Toy.
I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good certified Toyota mechanic in the Los Angeles / Orange County area.
As always, any input is appreciated.

You don't need a 'certified' Toyota mechanic, these vehicles are very basic.

    What's the issue?

Like kwikvette said, 4runners are very basic. The L.A./O.C. Area is very large and uber costs add up if you go far from home. Most insurance or club towing benefits only cover first few miles then gets expensive.
What you can benefit from is an "honest" mechanic within 20 miles of your home.
Or is your interest upgrading and not repairing?

Just doing some of the basics that are a little overdue.
    Timing belt/water pump.
    Valve cover gaskets and adjustment.

    Hank,
If North OC city of Brea is convenient for you, I suggest contacting Rob at Star Auto Service.
