    I have owned Toyota wagons, starting with an '81 Tercel 43 years ago. My favorites are my "95 and "96 Corollas with an auto trans/45K miles and a 5-speed/145K miles respectively. I bought my '07, V-8, 2WD 4Runner (246K miles) about a year and a half ago out of curiosity in an opportunistic moment. I enjoy it on the highway but find it large for around-town driving. I think I might prefer a Phase 3 4Runner. And I would like to replace my '03 Ford Ranger, V-6, 5sp, with a Phase 1 Tundra or a comparable vintage Tacoma.
