Lighting/LED headache

    Last Tuesday, I bought a 1 owner 04 SR5 4x4 with 83k on the odometer. The 06+ Headlights & tail lights have been upgraded along with the fogs. The PO also wired the upper turn LED's to the lower DRL/turn signals. What resistor is everyone using to correct the hyper blink on these?

    TRD Wheels, exhaust, Eibach, Cali Raised Skid Plate, Diode Dynamics fog, Sherpa Crestone rack.
    I think I saw at oreillys they have the resister made by sylvania in the led bulb section. It was made to stop that hyper flash
