2018 4Runner trd pro

My license plate flights flicker on both sides. I would just change the bulbs, but I find it strange that they’re both flickering. Additionally the front left headlight also has a hard time turning on sometimes and will make a quick buzzing sound when it does not turn on. A couple flicks to turn the lights on and off and it eventually will go. I don’t think that all these thing could be connected but I also have no idea. I’ve only owned the 4Runner about a month so I’m new to the Toyotas. Thanks in advance
