Does anyone know how to attach the license plate assembly to for a 2016?

Is there a bracket or do I need to get a whole logo panel?

Your part number appears to be the lamp assembly which is under the 4runner logo on rear. License plate on my 2015 uses 10mm bolts which thread into mounting holes in tailgate

If this is what you're looking at, it will mount where the existing one goes, it would seem.

Yes, I have this brand new assembly.
The current one has screws that are rusted and while I tried to remove them out I damaged where the screw attaches to.
I have an electrical problem (not blown bulb) so I want to do it right. I'm just trying to get the part number. I think it's the back logo part.
Can someone please confirm and provide the part number?
