I've read that on a stock 4R, the front is usually around 2" lower than the rear but is that accurate? This number seems to come from measuring to the top of the wheel openings but are the front and rear wheel openings cut the same? Is the actual difference closer to 1"?

I’ve always heard 1”, and that’s what mine measures.

I'm kinda having second thoughts about setting the front Eibach shocks at the second groove which should raise it about 0.8". If it's pretty level there, any significant weight in the 4R will probably cause a negative rake. Might be best to leave it at he lowest setting with no front lift since I don't want to raise the rear.

i was told by Eibach that the first setting allows for rake in the front and the second setting levels out the 4runner.
