Led Headlights, Low & Hi Pedal Commander Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT Bilstein 5100’s all around Front @ 1.75”, Rear 1”ish (30mm) Whiteline spacer
I have a 2020 ORP, 5100’s @ 1-3/4” stock springs up front. 5100’s with 30mm spacers in rear. Rolling on stock wheels with 275/70’s. Ever since I put the the 5100’s and tires I hear a clunking in the front end. I’ve checked everything and the only item I can contribute it to is the KDDS sway bar. Has anyone else experienced this at this height and do the KDDS spacer kits resolve the issue? Thanks for any input…

    To much
Most likely not the KDSS system clunking, especially at the 2020 year model. Quite possibly a improper build on the coilovers when they were swapped out, there is a series of bushing/ washers that are required to be build in specific order when coilovers are assembled. Can you provide some photos of the coilovers, top mount location? The KDSS spacer will not do anything positive for you for this matter.

I would make sure everything is torqued down to spec, make sure nothing was left loose…

Is 2020 too new to check KDSS bushings?

My money would be on the front shock bushing/spacers not being built in the correct orientation. This is a common issue with 5100's on 1st gen Nissan Titan's.
