Just bought 1995 4runner 4x4 3.0 limited

Just bought a 95 4runner for 2k that just ran a code for a knock sensor, its a little rusty so I think it might of been in the north earlier in its life but its in South Carolina now. Started taking it apart put in new gaskets, sensor and the cable going to it. When I was taking it apart I noticed that the belt was missing a quarter inch because it was missing the bolt on the tighter. That sound bad but it runs perfectly fine so I'm changing the belt. I will be putting Bilstein 4600s all around and new coils if the engine goes well. There is rust on the rear quarter panel and some surface rust on the frame. I wanted a project to work on because that's something I like doing. All in all I thought it was good deal the car has all the options and brand new 32s on it. What do you guys think?

 

The trans just got rebuilt 2k miles ago and engine was just installed around 5k ago. The car has 180k on the frame and body.
