    Subject: Ignition Circuit Shorted
    2005 T4R 4.0 4X4 Limited

Battery voltage on ALL wires EXCEPT black/red wire back probing with fluke meter at Ignition switch plug.

12.7 V at battery with Ignition unplugged
    UNTIL
plug in Ignition from switch to driver's side fuse box and battery voltage at battery immediately goes from 12.7V to approx. 6.3V.

Wowza yeah that's what I said.

Where is my short or what do I do here to find my problem?

The only tool I currently have in my arsenal that is actually present at this time is my Fluke 117 multimeter. Which one would think that shall be enough to locate and repair the culprit...correct?

Totally open to suggestions or what have you? In a bind here stranded can't get to work until I get this thing fixed so anyone's help shall be greatly of the utmost appreciated and paid forward always.
    Much Obliged.
    Thanks in advance.
