Maybe, but wheelers offroad, exit offroad, dobinson direct, Accutane, headstrong offroad, i think all of them are vendors on here and have great reviews.

 

I hit up HotShot offroad a LOT


Personally, I try to buy through small businesses as much as possible.

 

I just saw your other post about 6112s, I actually got mine from YotaMafia (no issues, fast shipping). Too bad you missed their sale from a couple months ago. I had a good experience with Wheelers also.

If you do decide to go with the 6112s and plan on installing them yourself, might I suggest having them assemble it for you. Saves a ton of time and you get new top hats in the process.

 

what setting did you go with for 6112?

 

I’ve only purchased break lines from them. No issues, but I guess it depends on what you’re looking for.

I purchased some MOLLE panels almost a month ago and still haven't received them. Took several days to receive an email back from them and now I'm waiting for them to verify cancelation with no reply yet. Personally I don't think I will be shopping with them in the future. If you look around the forums it seems my experience is not uncommon with them.

 

You do realize most of these guys just drop ship from the guys that actually make them right?

 

Agree. The authorized distributor or manufacturer are often in the best position to guide you before the sale, and help you deal with problems after the sale. Either that or actual shops that work with the stuff directly and can advise.

 

Website says 2-3 days processing, so they set the expectation on delivery time not me. Good business practice would be to reach out to the customer and explain a delay beyond what is quoted. It's not the delay that's concerning as much as the lack of communication.

And I'm still waiting on confirmation of cancellation.

 

Don't be surprised if they hit you with the 5%.



I'm all for supporting smaller guys but when shit is dropped shipped why? Rather not deal with a middle man.

 

If a manufacturer or distributor sells directly, do they add anything of value to the transaction? I guess I don’t get why drop ship businesses are even around.

 

Free advertisement. But you know who gets the bad name when the manufacturer can't keep up.

But if he looked at Prinsu's site they had the same offer as 4RunnerLifestyle. It gets their name out there and those smaller guys make some money.

 

Ok, I get it. So drop shippers are benefit to the original manufacturer, not necessarily the final customer.

 

YotaMafia is 100% a reliable off-road company to order from. I ordered my Stage 3 Radflo Suspension Lift Kit from them. Had ZERO issues!

 

Pretty much. Some manufacturer's might not sell direct either so thats where a drop shipper is needed. But if they sell direct why not buy direct.
