I'm trying to figure out if I should spend the additional $1750 on KDSS for a 2022 4Runner ORP that I'm in the process of building w/ my local dealer.

Thoughts on KDSS (for on and off-road)?

Yes. Better cornering on the road, and better articulation off road. It's only a drawback if you plan a lift of 3" or more.

I have it and love it. Greatly reduces body roll. Does limit lift height to 2.5 inches in the front and 2 inches in the rear as I recall. But that is all the lift I intend to do (2" in front and 1 to 1.5" in the rear).
