So I was just wondering if anyone had ever changed out the interior plastic handles with the likes of paracord handles?

If you have, how hard was it? It looks like it could be relatively simple, but knowing my dumb redneck luck, I'll whole interior removed just for one damned bolt lol.

There are some I saw on Cartrimehome, and they include a bolt, washer, and nut:

And these were some on Amazon I was kinda thinking about:

Any pointers are gladly appreciated! TIA!

You could use 80/20 t-nuts instead of those little bolts. That way you would have no chance of losing hardware in the body cavity. Have a look at this post.

You’ll want shorter bolts than I describe in the post.

I tried that type of grab handle on several previously owned Jeeps, and would never consider them for my 4R. They move around too much for my taste. While the pivoting oem handle works ok, I would actually prefer to put the FJ Cruiser fixed handle instead of either the oem or the braided type you show above. More spendy, of course, but worth it to me as being infinitely better as a grab handle. There's several writeups floating around.
