Illuminated Switches 2020 Limited

Having bought my 4Runner used, but CPO, I often wonder if there things “missing” that I assume are by design but which in fact are not, and my not knowing those things are “missing” is because this is my first 4Runner? For example, is the switch for the rear glass and the dial for the 4x4 suppose to be illuminated? Perhaps these were/are suppose to light up but don’t and since I’m not the original owner, I have no clue the bulb(s) burned out?

I don't believe either of those switches lit up from the factory. There is way to install a led in the transfer case shift dial knob so only the the mark on the knob lights up and not the 4wd 2h words around the dial.

 

They don't light up on my Limited.

 

My 24 doesn't have a light on that switch.
