Ignition key cylinder no resistance

    When I tried to turn my truck off it would not turn off everything have been working fine in order to get it to shut down I had to pull the fuse on the fuel injector there was no resistance on the key in any direction so I remove the lock cylinder and replaced it with an aftermarket I installed it and it's the exact same thing no resistance to the key Vehicles still does not start any ideas
