    hi

My hydraulic running boards have worked fine for years, but recently they don't come out or not at all or only halfway. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause? (low hydraulic fluid?). I don't think I damaged them.

Are they really Hydraulic, or electric?

I don’t have those, but I would imagine the mechanism would benefit from occasional cleaning and lubricating. Might bind after years.

i had those on my Ford Explorer and hated them and then they stopped working. Im never getting those again. EVER. I would drive down the expressway and hear them going in and out on their own.
