How to remove crossover pipe without removing head

Need help with anyone who’s managed to remove the crossover pipe without taking apart the entire top end , can it be done just removing plenum ? No exhaust shop is willing To remove in order to install the block off delete kit I have . So I have to do before bringing it in

This video shows how he convinced the crossover pipe to come out, myself I would prefer to take out manifolds and go with headers
