Quick question, for those of you with a hitch mount tire carrier. Do you still use your hitch with tire carrier? Towing? Bike racks? Recovery point?

While I probably won't be towing much with my 4runner, I do have a bike rack, which I can imagine would be fine, but I also use the hitch as a recovery point, so I'd like to get some opinions on that, before I start building a swing out carrier.
