Hidden Front Winch Mounting Question

I want to add a winch to my 2020 4R using the Rago hidden winch mount. I pull a 1,700 lb off-road trailer.

Question 1 is will a 10,000 lb winch suffice or should I go with a 12,000 lb winch?

Question 2 - I am considering the Warn platinum S zeon winch that has wireless remote that also controls the winch clutch.
I can go with a regular zeon winch, but with the winch being mounted behind the bumper, how much headache is it to operate the clutch?

Total weight pulled x 1.5 is the general formula for winch capacity.

The 12k might not fit the mount (?). It's pretty tight with the hidden mounts.

Dunno about the Rago but on my hidden winch I do need to pop the hood to access the clutch. I've never thought this to be a huge deal. Honestly I'd rather have a manual clutch than a remote one, there's something rewarding and visceral about snicking the clutch.
