Hey all, just a former jeep guy who had kids and was forced to leave the wheeling behind. Due to sellers remorse I received an olive branch that was a 2020 4runner venture. I've been in love ever since. I'm ready to start making it my own and have come here to join a community and seek advice from those with more knowledge than me of this amazing machine.
Looking forward to meeting some new people.

We are in the Dallas, TX area. I'm looking to make the rig more capable off road. And get into overlanding. I was looking into lifts/tires. But saw a thread on here that spoke to that and a video was shared about lifts on the double wishbone and the results from it. So, as of now I'm leaning towards just 1" in the front to get the same stance as the trd pro. And stay stock size and get some AT's.

I recently put in a relay control panel and switch, Nilight 6 gang. And was looking for ideas of how others have added these under the hood, with the new location of the remote relay box from the factory. I'll attach a photo of a Jerry rigged solution I came up with some scrap materials I had on hand. But I'm looking to build something more esthetically pleasing. Excuse the ground bus bar that's also temporary. 20220321_140454.jpg

C4 makes a steel mounting bracket you can bolt all that to and it fits right there. https://c4fabrication.com/collectio...er-engine-bay-accessory-tray-driver-side-2010

I have seen these, but it won't work with the factory installed relay box that mounts in that spot. And I believe the box I have would be too tall for that height and impead the hood from closing.

Might want to call them and check…looks like there’s plenty of room to clear that box. So much so that it looks intentionally designed to specifically clear that box. Lmao

So, I did find someone who has moved the factory 2020+ relay box with instructions and pictures for those interested. This clears the mount for power trays like c4 without loosing mounting surface for access to the factory relay box.
