Help!! Please 88 4Runner stalls when humid outside

    1988 4Runner sr5 3.0
    Hi. I have a 1988 SR5 4Runner 3.0 v6. whenever it’s humid outside whenever I come to a stop it stalls or when I’m going in reverse. It runs bad and idles low but then the next day when it’s not humid and cool outside runs perfect. I thought it was the TPS. I changed that sensor. Still happened. Then I checked the MAF. Still happened. I can’t figure out what’s causing this. Also some times it has problems going to the next gear (automatic transmission) or I’ll step on the gas and theres no power. It barely gets up to 40 mph. Anybody have a clue? Thanks
