Help on Servo/Heat Problem

2008 4Runner Limited

Bilsteins

My 2008 Limited had the dreaded clicking noise. Replaced both Servos but now heat won’t work. I went back in and checked both servos. Made sure both were working. Bottom one I could see both arms working when I moved the temperature up and down.
Can’t figure out why heat is not coming on.
Open to suggestions!!
